How to Reset a Password on the ILP
- Go to hub.ilpapp.com
- Click "Forgot your password".
3. Enter the email address associated with your ILP account.
4. Click "Send reset instructions"
5. Navigate to your email inbox and open the email with the password reset instructions.
6. Click the "reset password" button.
7. Enter your new password in the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" text fields.
8. Click "Reset Password".
You have now successfully reset your password and can log in.
9. To log in with your new password, Click "Click here to login".
10. Type in your email and password (or use Google or Microsoft SSO), and click "Log In".
